Nate Silver of Education?

I just stumbled across this blog post:

It talks about Bruce Baker, who is trying to apply statistical analysis to look at all of the available data around education.

I’ve just started digging in to his research, but it looks very interesting. Here is his blog:

Much of his work seems to point to the idea that no schools are doing a systematically better job than others when poverty is accounted for.
